Disputes and conflicts are a part of congregational, denominational and ministry life. Christians have resources at their disposal to effectively navigate them and pursue peace. PeacePoint helps Christian leaders achieve these outcomes through consultation and various interventions.

Initially, we consult with you to assess and understand your particular situation. Then, we suggest a customized intervention that we believe is most likely to produce a God honoring outcome. Interventions may include a combination of Education & Training, Coaching, Mediation, Arbitration and fact-finding. When providing fact-finding services, we conduct an independent investigation of the issues and provide a written, non-binding report to those involved, which may or may not include specific recommendations. In fact-finding, we do not directly help the parties work through their disputed issues or conflicted relationships.
